Opportunity Networks has been providing a work force to the Greater Nashua and Souhegan Valley Business community for over 27 years. We connect you with individuals living with an acquired disability that may result from an accident, injury or health related diagnosis and with folks who live with developmental disabilities.

Opportunity Networks recognizes that for an employee to be successful over the life of their employment an employee must:

We provide candidates to local employers who match the skills required by the employer or provide the training for the individual to achieve these skills. The world of disabilities is very broad. We assist people with physical disabilities, as well as cognitive and emotional challenges.

When you work with us, unlike when you hire directly, you have the knowledge that we will be available to help the employee in learning the skills required for a time period which is limited or of ongoing duration, depending in the level of training required for the individual to meet the job requirements and the persons speed of learning.

We work hand in hand with the employer, if requested, to assure that the individuals you hire as a result of our working relationship meet the job and company expectations you have for employees. In many instances after a brief period of work assessment on the job and a determination of the training required through our own observation and/or consultation with the employer, many employees are fully trained. We offer a service to all employers at any time which includes an ongoing ability to contact us to assist in re-training or training for a new aspect of a job.
