 At Opportunity Networks, when we make a decision about how to develop programming, evaluate a staff idea or a request for services, or how to respond to a family concern - any situation, large or small - this is the first question we ask: what is in the best interest of the folks we serve?
This guiding question often provides solutions and answers which may at times inconvenience staff, pressure our budget or ask us to look at our ‘realtime’ performance ability.
We do not waiver from our position once we have realized the answer, even if it challenges us to find known or unknown solutions.
