Opportunity Networks offers people with acquired and developmental disabilities opportunities to work in community settings on job sites with job coaches and co-worker support. Our program members participate in community job sites and activities with the help of job coaches doing paid and volunteer work. We have been providing these services to adults in the Greater Nashua Area since 1986. Working with our company involves a dynamic opportunity to participate in improving the lives of individuals every day.

Job Coach
 
PART TIME  HOURS: (9:00- 3:00):  Our job coaches value being contributing members of individuals living with disabilities day programming team. Opportunity Networks has been focused on employment opportunities for individuals for 26 years, actively pursuing opportunities for employment that are job coach supported or co-worker supported.
The position of Job Coach works independently and as part of a team at employment sites and in the community teaching job and life skills. Excellent benefits for full and part time. M-F, business hours.
  • Drivers license, automobile insurance, car.
  • Genuine interest in improving the lives of individuals with disabilities.
  • A positive attitude is required.
  • Ability to follow daily schedules independently, implement individuals goals and report on their success and difficulties daily.
  • Your Vehicle is used daily and mileage is reimbursed.
  • A criminal and driving record check is a requirement of employment.
  • Ability to provide transfer assistance to individuals.
  • Sense of humor and respect for individuals welcome

Part-time staff are eligible for earned time off and paid holidays

    Have skills you would like to volunteer? Any hours are welcome, email your interest in volunteering and we'd love to talk with you further. We appreciate volunteers with special interests, secretarial, phone, fundraising and general labor skills.
     
    We work Monday  through Friday , days only.
