'You Have Been a Cost Effective Solution for our New Business' Thank you for providing a cost effective solution for our new business. Our workers have been timely, completed the job to our expectations and gone above and beyond to assist us during the time we were opening. Our construction project completed only hours before our opening time and without the help of the workers we hired it would have been very difficult for us to open on time. Since that time, they have been exceptional employees. The job crew leader is a great guy to work with and what we ask for and expect from the employees is delivered.

In keeping with our focus on community, when last summer one of our employees was having some difficulty on the job, we notified the family of the individual, who connected us with Opportunity Networks. Staff from Opportunity Networks came out to the facility, identified the challenges the individual was encountering and worked together with the family and Hampshire Hills to implement a plan that has helped this long time valued employee to get back on track with his job and become successful again. We appreciate the continuing efforts of Opportunity Networks in monitoring and coaching this valued employee.

Brevan CEO with 25 Years Experience On Employing Disabled Individuals - "Highly Recommend " As an employer, I would highly recommend providing employment for individuals with "disabilities". It has been my experience that many people have a misconception or even no conception of the capabilities of such individuals. Provided an opportunity, these employees perform with an enthusiasm, commitment and work ethic above and beyond. Today, over 20 percent of our employees may be categorized as "disabled". However, here at Brevan they are considered "employees", an important element of our corporate neighborhood.
