Gateway Community Services Programs
Students: For students leaving school and entering adult services, once you are eligible with Gateway Community Services and have received your funding you can begin services.  Usually we begin working with families a minimum of six months in advance of leaving school to assure we can meet with the family and attend meetings at school to learn from the individual, family and school together what type of programming is desired. It can take some time to figure out the details so starting early can be helpful. We can also work on shorter notice and enjoy learning about what was successful or what you would like to see different in your life following your leaving school.

Adults: For individuals not currently in services, after meeting us and working to decide if we are a good fit for the services  you’re looking for we can begin planning your services with our team. Once you are eligible with Gateway Community Services or Vocational Rehabilitation and have a timeline to receive your funding we begin planning your services. You can begin at a mutually agreed start date shortly after the plans are made which meet your programming requirements..
